Often times a housewife can get burned out always taking care of the kids that they love so much.
They want a break to do all the emotional things that everybody else does on The Lord's Day but they cannot
just leave your kids because they need somebody to care for them.
Well as a husband it is your job to attempt to give your wife a chance to do this. If able then your wife should be given one day off per week from taking care of everybody and everything.
There are many different ways you may give your wife this time off.
You can take care of everybody and everything yourself or have one of your kids do it if they are old enough. Perhaps, once a week you can take the kids to a close friends house or a relative's
house that would love to watch the kids. Or, you can hire a baby sitter one day
per week. Another thing you can do is make a deal with another stay at home mother
where you watch her kids one day per week and she watches your kids one day per week.
If you are unable to attain a day off, you are not in violation of the Sabbath by watching your kids and taking care
of the house.
